Tenants Debt Advice Service – NorthumberlandThis is an evaluation of Blyth Citizens Advice Bureau and Homes for Northumberland’s Tenants Debt Advice Service. The project worked with tenants in Blyth and Alnwick in Northumberland, helping them manage their debts and pay their rent and Council Tax.
